Here are the measures we are implementing as our new precautions to ensure the safety of your family and your children, which has always been and continues to be our utmost priority.

 

- New Screening Procedures Upon Arrival:

 

Including touch less thermometers to take temperatures upon entry. Kids will be sent home immediately at first signs of illness.

 

- Personal Protective Equipment: 

 

Pouch staff will wear face masks, gloves, and a uniform. No adults will be entering the premises, however if you must, you need to wear a face-covering mask. Children are not required to wear face coverings

 

- Coronavirus Testing:

 

Pouch staff will be tested for COVID-19 prior to resuming their on-site duties.

 

- New Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures: 

 

Staggered and designated times to allow for safe social-distancing will be implemented. 

 

- Limited Group Sizes: 

 

Group sizes now limited to 4-6 kids per group.

 

-Upgrades to Pouch:

Outdoor time increased to allow for more outdoor playtime, new fence in outdoor playground area to increase the security of the children and new patio area for art and outdoor projects.

- Childcare Sign-Ups & Drop-Ins: 

 

Drop-ins won't be allowed for the moment, only kids signed for a minimum of 5 hrs per day or a month will be able to join us. Payment must be done in advance to secure your spot, please.

 

- Cleanliness & Hygiene:

 

Staff and children are required to thoroughly wash hands throughout the day and disinfect upon entry. Hand sanitizing stations provided. All toys, materials, and surfaces disinfected after every use. A deep clean of the premises performed every evening and additional cleaning throughout the day. 

 

- Lunch & Snacks: 

 

Parents are responsible for bringing in your own food and drinks for your children. All items must be individually labeled and placed in their own-labeled bag. Same with formula and bottles for younger kids.

 

- Social Distancing Strategy:

 

Parents won't be allowed inside Pouch at any times, your kids will be brought over to you at the end of his/her session.
